Phone calls from a friend! We offer 15-minute or 30-minute weekly phone calls to someone who may enjoy or need more outside contact. We can make sure they are well, spend time getting to know them, and offer friendship. If someone is homebound because of age or illness, the contact from a caring person can make a big difference. The monthly charge for once-a-week phone calls is $25 for four 15-minute calls and $40 for four 30-minute calls. Please contact us for more information about this service. I am a trained therapist; however, these calls are not meant as therapy, but simply to reach out and help someone who is alone much of the time.
